Alhamdulillah from the rahma of Allah (SWT) (SWT) we have life and its blessings. Health is vital to give us the energy to continue on all good endeavours. Free time for doing good is often lost by our failings to use time effectively or our preoccupation with other things and the obstacles we endure.

Asalaam Alaikum, thank you for posting this hadith .. unfortunately it’s very easy to waste time watching tv, playing video games, and spending time online on social networking sites, web messengers, games etc .. there are many many ways of idling the hours away =/ !

Most of us are guilty of doing this at least on one occasion in our lives. Take the time to read this insha’Allah (SWT) and act upon it on a positive way.

If you ARE bored, and find yourself on the computer, why not research Islam - there are plenty of websites, online Qur’aan and Q&A forums? Or why not join a Muslim networking site (such as muxlim.com) There are also brothers and sisters out there trying to promote the Message for example Baba Ali and his videos at ummahfilms.com. It can turn out to be much more interesting than doing quizzes about ‘What Superhero Am I?’ or ‘What animal Was I in a Past Life?’ lol

And the obvious answer; if you have nothing else to do, there’s no better advice than to read the holy Qur’aan ^_^ Subhan’Allah (SWT) no other text book can beat it!

    JazakhAllah Khair for reading =)
    Asalaam alaikum
