A very short visit to Birmingham Central Mosque on Wednesday 24 March 10 to offer salat and make salams was an enjoyable, anchoring few moments in what was a very busy day. For those of us who aren’t residents of Birmingham - but who travel to or through the city - your mosque is a peaceful haven in which to pray and rest for a few moments.
